You complete your game and recruiting for the week, then set your profile as ready to advance. Then the commissioner of the league can advance the week.
Once we get 12 dedicated players I'll throw all the screennames into a random list generator and then we can "draft" teams based off of that random order. Also, for those that don't know, EA has released a new feature this year that lets you download named rosters directly from the EA Sports Locker.

We'll probably wait a week or after the game is released anyway just so everyone can get used to the game and to make sure all logistics are taken care of. One of those times where I wish I still lived in Houston! I used to live close to Memorial City, too. I'm out near Austin, now, so I'm just as well waiting til Tuesday at this point. So, what is your feedback on the game so far, Ziggy? Did they take out a bunch of the trickplays, or was I just looking at the wrong playbooks on the EA site?
I heard/ read a rumor that there are some missing teams, like Troy, Wyoming, FAU, FIU, etc. Any truth to this that anyone knows about? If so, that kinda sucks. I'd feel horrible for fans of those teams.

Yes editing rosters causes some problems. Too many letters in player names causes an weird thing where the game creates space by deleting teams. There is also apparently a way around it. EA posted a quick response with a pledge to patch all the glitches. There seem to be a LOT of little nit picky glitches. So for the dynasty I say wait until the patch comes out. Bottom line though, this game is a BLAST to play. I have been having so much fun just playing. Not since NCAA 04 has it felt this good. I thought I was outgrowing NCAA, but they won me over. Its not all about offense either, defensive teams can shut it down. Can't wait for you CFers to pick up your copy.
^^^^ EA is such *****!!!! First they ***** up my beloved Sim City and now this. Not buying untill it's fixed.
dont be such a puss its the best sports game i have played in two years it seems, and those teams are crap anyways, they will fix it and all will be ok.
Okay...don't buy it. But not sure what you mean about Sim City. They haven't put out a new Sim City game in years. Sim City Societies was not ever intended to be a Sim City game, it was an off-shoot. EA made that clear from the get go. Anyway, I am getting this game and a PS3 on Friday. I can't wait!
No pass rush, and coverage is hard. They will patch it though. It finally got annoying for me though.
The D linemen are incredibly slow on the game! Also, I feel like running the ball has become much more difficult as well, not nearly as many 100 yard rushing games as the year's past. On the positive side, i feel like my DB's don't drop so as many interceptions and I don't fumble the ball on every other drive like in 08.
