That's awesome, thanks for the clarification!

In that case I would let him enter the D-league draft, and keep the rest of the players until a roster space clear up. That's surely better than signing him and sending him to the D-league anyway, and at least he will get good playing time to develop.

So, for me, unless more moves are made, the 15 spots go to, in no particular order:

    1. T-Mac
    2. Yao
    3. SF
    4. Battier
    5. Barry
    6. Scola
    7. Landry when signed
    8. Dorsey
    9. Hayes
    10. Head
    11. Mt Mutumbo
    12. Alston
    13. Jackson
    14. Novak
    15. Brooks

With Greene playing with the D-league team that drafted him.

    PG - Alston, Brooks
SG - Rip Hamilton, B Jackson, Green
    SF - Battier, Prince, Harris
PF - Scola, Landry, Hayes, Novak
    C - Yao, Deke, Dorsey

I don't really know if that will be our roster. I just wanted to see what it would look like if we sent TMac to Detroit.

I think we are a much better defensive team with this roster and I LOVE the depth at the power forward and small forward positions (all hard noised, high energy players). I just don't know if we have enough offensive. A Hamilton/Prince/TMac trade is a wash point wise.

This isn't a depth chart, but this is how I'd rank players in order of likelihood that they'll be on the roster on opening day:

Almost certain to be on the team:
    1. Yao Ming
    2. Tracy McGrady
    3. Ron Artest
    4. Shane Battier
    5. Rafer Alston
    6. Luis Scola
    7. Brent Barry

    Probably will be on team:
    8. Aaron Brooks
    9. Chuck Hayes
    10. Joey Dorsey

    50/50 will be on team:
    11. Luther Head
    12. Dikembe Mutombo
    13. Carl Landry

    It's iffy:
    14. Steve Francis
    15. Mike Harris

Almost certain will not be on the team:
    Steve Novak

    i hope so :D

    mine:

    yao
    tracy
    rafer
    shane
    luis
    ron
    francis
    barry
    dorsey
    hayes
    brooks
    deke
    landry (if resigned)
    novak
    head

harris isnt on the team but i think he'll be signed i think the guy most likely to be dealt is Head if there are more trades coming up "minor" ones that is. Head has value and is expiring (though small) but can be an asset for a team. I wouldnt be surprised if Morey tries to trade head and maybe a future 2nd for a first round next year in the 18-26 range.

Adelman should try to find Novak a spot. The guy can shoot. He has shown that he can hit the perimeter shot in meaningful games.

Novak makes my 12 man roster over head.
