The thing with Denver is Iverson being the only valuable tradable asset worth while this means Denver will look anywhere to move either Nene or Martin with him.

I expect though Iverson move could trigger a Marion move somewhere opening the door for a possible Artest signing the next season if they dont want Marion. If Miami is after a point guard he could land in Chicago which will open the door for Artest if they dont want to keep Marion.

Chances are Marion wont go anywhere he could possibly stick with Miami to help land Artest.

If Artest is traded anywhere it will be to L.A or Dallas.

Dallas will look to move Josh Howard just because Artest is expiring they will shed years. Chances are Artest will be in Dallas more so the Lakers.

I seriously doubt the Kings want more long term contracts on their books unless they can unload some themselves which make trading for Artest it dont make sence for Denver in the long run and makes no sence to Sacramento either.

Who ever has Odom and or Marion, possibly Wally is where Artest will sign the next season.

Iverson though is a scetchy move at some point. Who ever has enough contracts with the less years and better picks a winning team possibly is where Iverson will be only if Denver can unload Nene or Martin with him.

I think Denver like the Clippers will turn to Portland. Best bet Clippers end up winning any rebuild package if they are smart enough.

Wally, LaFrentz and these guys here have more value then any expiring contract of the Rockets.

Rockets will not take back any salary.

I think it's too soon to say Laundry is all hype. The guy didn't see consistent until late in the season. And oh yeah, he's a rookie. He has displayed a good deal of talent and he still has the ability to get better.

Turiaf is a PF/C, and the C part carries a lot of premium (see Diop's contract, just because the guy can be an interior presence on one side of the ball). Landry is purely a 4, and probably couldn't crack the Lakers rotation even without Turiaf there. He isn't going to get PT over Gasol or Odom, and not easy sell over VR, Walton, either, etc.

People here are really overvaluing the market for Landry IMO. Teams with cap space are definetly not going to use it for Landry, bigger fish to fry. Now a team with a really weak 4 spot might use part of the MLE to snake him away (see if we match in the 3-4 mil range--Milwalkee, Indy), that is the major risk. But I am not sure any team is really going to try it unless they are kinda of desperate, because they would have to take on the high risk contract on a player with very little proven record and with a modest upside if we decline to match.

I'm so glad that someone feel the way I do. I like Landry, but I think he is way over-valued. Just as the names you mention(Powe, Millsap), we can always find 6'7-6'9 guys that hustle and can dunk the ball.
