Yeah, I don't want this topic to potentially be moved to D&D, so I edited it.

So much for shoplifting the MILF pooty. Your friend is now locked in. He's a Daddy. If he ever finds his way out of her abyss, then he might get his head on straight before it's too late. Or, you could try to fish him out of there. Better be some good bait, though.

Being a daddy of someone else's kids to get laid reeks of desperation.

Another option to work is how he is going to feel if he has a baby or two with her. Will he be comfortable with her treating the kids the way she does when they're his? If he thinks she is going to change, tell him how unrealistic that is.

How does he sound like a terrible friend?

The girl obviously does not have her stuff together and he is looking out for his friend to make sure that has no influence on him..

to me that sounds like a good friend...

Doooo you know how quoting works? It means I'm responding to the person I'm quoting.

    Again, thanks for the help

At this point I am leaning towards letting him be for a while or until he gets his head on straight. Up to this point in my life, I have refused to allow any drama or disrespectful/inconsiderate people around me.... and for the most part I have done a good job. I will not let this whole situation stop that and bring me down. Stick the fork in him...

It seems like Miss Fertle has him hooked. If your friend impregnates this young woman.....it might be too late. I hope he starts to think with his brain rather than his .... Just continue to be a good friend.

From what you posted in this thread, your friend is tangential; the imminent danger is to this woman's children.

Report the situation anonymously and never say a word to your friend: http://www.dfps.state.tx.us/Contact_Us/report_abuse.asp

I have had dealings w/ CPS , they don't give a crap if you call them and say your friends new girlfriend is putting her kids in a room and talks about drugs and is not that classy. You would need to see her doing drugs or putting her kids in danger for them to actually do anything. Like if the room didn't have A/C and they were locked in. Or doing XTC while caring for the kids.

Your right but as I have mentioned already, I dont have vital information to follow through with the process. Plus as DaDream just mentioned, all I have is she said, he said and no proof to save the kids. But this is coming from someone that hasnt had to do this before... if someone can provide more information of CPS or something similair, please feel free to add.

Make sure if you do ever get in a situation where you feel it is absolutly neccesary to call CPS, don't do it on anger or emotion. CPS is no "F"ing joke. It is directly messing w/ peoples lives and stay around for a while. She may be acting like this because she is desparately looking for a man in her and her kids lives. I am guessing she is young.

I used to date a slapper, now im happily married to a beautiful (in every possible way) woman.

you need to tell your friend EXACTLY the advice my friend told me when I was with the slapper...

    you can't make a ho a housewife.

Wrong. I have either worked for or with DFPS for over 20 years and every report is given attention based on a scale of priority. While the legal system makes it extremely difficult to always "give a crap" they do not have to wait for something bad to happen.

If this woman stated that she is giving her children alcohol, she will get a knock on her door.

If they determine that there is no reason to continue an investigation, then you have done your part by making the report.
