    A steel nail is seen embedded in the skull of a critically wounded 17-year-old Israeli girl, in an X-ray picture taken Feb. 17 at the Schneider Hospital in Petah Tikva in central Israel. The girl was among 26 settlers who were wounded Feb. 16 when a Palestinian suicide bomber blew up a bomb packed with nails in the West Bank settlement of Karnei Shomron. Two Israeli teens were killed in the blast.
