I know point guards are the new "cool thing" in the NBA. I know there are several teams that have been turned around by a new young point guard. I know Rose is going to be a good NBA player . . .

I just could not pass up on Beasley. He would be instant offense charged into an otherwise devoid team. He is ultra sexy because of the way he rebounds. He already has an NBA body. He looks mean too. I would not want to see that kid in a back alley.

Don't even get me started on taking Mayo over Beasley . . .

Pat Riley is going to become the new Isaiah Thomas if he doesn't watch out.

    Rose.

If there were absolutely no questions about work ethic or attitude in either guy, I might go Beasley. The versatility of his skill set is amazing.

If its strictly for the Rockets then definetely Rose.

we need a PG who can match it with Deron, CP3 etc.

The first step in correcting a problem is admitting there is a problem. Good for you. Heh heh. ;)

Beasley will be rookie of the year. He will score and rebound more than Kevin Durant. Longer term, Derrick Rose is the better choice. His performance in the NCAA tournament closed the sale with me.
