Nobody wants the guy. Just remember though, he shoots the 3 at a rare clip. He has value. Just make sure we don't give him away.
To be fair, Luther Head is a good outside shooter and, honestly, could provide 10 ppg off the bench next season. But if that trade for the 17th pick is true, I'm all in for that move.
Not to be nitpicking,but it's for the 18th pick. He still can provide outside shooting but his performance in the playoffs was atrocious. If we can get a high 2nd rounder I would consider giving him up for it,provided if there was a good player available.
Who cares if he is a great outside shooter when he cannot even make a layup when the playoffs roll around. I wouldn't have even picked up his 4th year option.
I am sure nobody here wants Luther to stay in Houston but I wouldn't be so sure about trading him tonight. Maybe we should just release him?
