    Regardless of what any numbers say, DJ Augustin is not quicker than TJ Ford coming out of Texas. It's not even that close. He is, however, an infinitely better shooter.

    we've been looking for an ultra-fast pg for a little while now. I can see wh, as the league gives a huge advantage to quick guards who finish well. I personally am not sold on augustin, but wouldn't be surprised if a) he dropped significantly and b) we drafted him.

    We just got murdered in the playoffs because of lack of size at pg, and yall are screaming to take a guy even smaller. Thanks, but no thanks lets take the best player at our pick and see what happens.

    DJ Augustin is better than Brooks in every facet of the game. it's like comparing Deron Williams to Earl Boykins.

    There's no way Augustin drops all the way to 25 or even out of the lottery so this is indeed wishful thinking.

    I don't know about trading up for DJ (I love the kid and proud that he is a Longhorn), but if he is sitting there for the Rockets to draft...I'd be perfectly okay with that. I don't think he will drop though.
