Tomic is locked into a Euro contract until 2011. He has no buyout. So at the earliest he'll be 24/25. With a first round pick they are limited to how much salary they can compete with with his next Euro contract offer. They have the 2nd rounders to draft Tomic if they want him. With the 27nd they could be after Chalmers, Ibaka, Batum, or CDR.
