    I know everyone in here likes the Rockets, but when they're not performing well, who is your other favorite team?

    These are mine favorite teams
    1st: Rockets
    2nd Mavericks

    Texans. Astros. Bulldogs (Fresno State). Memphis State Dance Girls (always seem to be good).:D

    Personally, I don't know if I have a second-favorite team, per se. I tend to support the other Texas teams in the playoffs if the Rockets are out. I also support the 76ers since I was born in Philly. But come playoff-time, I tend to root mostly for teams playing against teams I hate (Utah, Lakers, Jazz, Phil Jackson, Utah, Scottie Pippen, Utah, Jazz, etc.) :)

    i live in chicago, so i have to say the bulls when the rockets are out of the playoffs. of course, the bulls haven't had much success, so maybe im jinxing everybody.

    Any underachieving team. Maybe New York and Miami this season because it's interesting to see if they can pull it together.

    probably the mavs cause they're fun to watch and cuban could go nuts at any time. sprewell is my favorite player not a rocket but i don't like the knicks at all.

    New Jersey- I like Byron Scott, Jason Kidd, and Kenyon Martin. I also like Dallas Mavericks. Nellie should win a championship before he retires, but it will not be in the next couple of years as long as Shaq is standing.

    I like an underdog- I will pull for anyone playing against the Jazz, Lakers( I hate Phil Jackson / Shaq is cool though), or a Chris Webber team.

    college - I like Texas, Maryland Terrapins, Temple.

    I would say the Sac Town Kings, Being in California and being anti lakers automatically makes you a fan of any of the other 3 Cali teams who all used to suck.

    Did you guys ever watch that LA Lakers game vs Charlotte?

    It ended with Kobe sinking the buzzer beater, for a 94-92 score.

    Wow, for a team to compete with Lakers, and actually have a chance to win.

    I think I like the Charlotte Hornets. That Baron Davis can dunk with authority. And Jamaal Masburn was spectacular.
