Wally had these comments after their blowout win in San Antonio. This was Mark Jackson't debut and Wally decided to give his view on the trade.

"Marc is perfect for a team like this," Minnesota guard Wally Szczerbiak said. "I've never heard anyone talk more on offense or defense, he communicates with his teammates all the time.

"He's not built for a bunch of clowns they got over there in Golden State. He's more of a guy that needs to play with players who know how to play basketball."

The Wolves and GS aren't enemies are they? Why all the hostility?

He also made some sort of remark after the T-Pups' loss to the Rox, something about "you've got to beat teams like that" or words to that effect. Not that this isn't true, but his choice of words suggests someone who speaks first, thinks never. Or maybe he's just competitive as hell.

That said, I wish he was on our team.

Hey, cut him some slack. He's had to spell and pronounce his last name his entire life.

You had to do that, you'd be pretty hostile, too. :)

Didn't Rockets players once say things like that?

Wally makes the all-star team (I think Brand, and others should have made it in ahead of Wally) and all of the sudden he's talking like he's a hoops god.

Stick to shooting that floater Wally.....

The new ESPN magazine also has an article about Wally's rifts with teammates.

I heard somewhere Garnett doesn't speak to Wally off the court. If true, good for KG.

Does this mean he is more cocky than Kobe?

I personally like it. I hate GSW for their stupid ass move of matching Jackson's contract and going through that crap so they can get Dean Garrett and a #2 pick.

And Wally was right about the Rockets. A playoff team looking for a high seeding the West cannot afford to lose to lottery bound teams like the Rockets (at least this year).

    Big deal.

Are the Rockets cocky if they feel like they should be beating teams that are inferior?

Wallyworld is the luckiets ahole in the world to make the all star team. The dude is arrogant like a mofo. He wouldnt be worth a crap if KG wasnt on his team.

Someone needs to punch him out! He has quickly joined Flopton and Failman as one of my most hated players.

ZRB, you develop hatred pretty fast. ;)

Anyone remember the rookie game where Steve was in? I guess SCZCZCZCZCZCZCZCZCZCZCZCZCZBiatch was the MVP for the game ... he was hogging the ball and shooting it almost every time he touched it ...... (did my memory fail me?)

Maybe if Wally ever stepped up in a big game and stepped up in the playoffs he would have something to back up his smack.
