I recently watched a "Modern Marvels" episode I had on my DVR that dealt with the history of tobacco and its use. In the episode, it said pipe smokers and cigar smokers rarely inhale and therefore have less cases of lung cancer than cigarette smokers but they do have elevated risks of other cancers such as mouth, throat, etc. My question is, if they don't inhale then how do they 'smoke' these? Do they just light them up and use them for show? I am not sure I understand. Then people always talk about good cigars and such. What makes them so good? No, I'm not looking to become a smoker of either of these just curious as to how these are used
You don't inhale, you taste it in your mouth and blow it out. Although, if you are a cig smoker, sometimes its hard not to inhale cigar smoke. Inhaling cigar smoke takes away from its flavor.
The correct way to smoke a cigar is to breath the smoke into your mouth, hold it, then let it out. The nicotine is absorbed into the blood vessels in your mouth and actually results in much quicker, stronger nicotine rush.
it's kind of like cigarillos, they are meant to be held in the mouth. Everyone knows what cigarillos are used for nowadays so dont ask me why I know this. i dont get the point of cigarettes, its not like they're going to give me a buzz.
yeah, im not a cigar smoker or a cigarette smoker. come on, arent you 19? you know what optimos and swisher sweets are used for. not to be smoked by itself, i dont smoke that tobacco in it. Its for the paper
This is what I smoke, and I supposed i lies somewhere between the two: Midwakh But you have to inhale that one. On the other hand, You're not supposed to inhale hooka/hubblybubbly/shisha whatever you want to call it.
