Was I the only one who read this title and thought that this would be the successor of the "Every post must have a picture" thread?

I sometimes don't have a clue what you're saying... but anyways, the pic is funny in a morbid kinda way..
OK, I expected some confusion about the bird being attacked in that second and third pics. So let me explain what was actually taking place. As I said, these were 'mates', so they weren't attacking each other. In the second pic, the male bird was bringing food to his mate, only to find her injured and in pain. In the third pic, the male bird is pretty much panicking and sort of trying to 'shake' his mate back to life. The final pics are of the male bird literally screaming out/crying out in despair. The final one is after the screaming/crying had died down, and the bird had come to realization that his mate is gone...and just stands there in complete silence.
