McCain is the only candidate with the experience to lead our nation and our military. Were it not for the fawning media and a great marketing campaign (albeit contrived), Barack Obama is a nobody.
Credit whomever you like. Instead of being a nobody, Obama will be the 44th president of the United States. And not only will nobody ever ask again if America is "ready for a black president" but a black president will also enjoy a mandate unseen in more than twenty years.

Wow. I am sincerely surprised that Refman is supporting McCain. I'd be very interested to hear the thinking behind it.
I would strongly lean obama, but I don't know his economic policies or McCain's for that that matter and the hype is annoying at this point.
I'm a registered Republican that's drifting towards being a moderate. I'm not sure what i'll do or who i'll vote for. All along i've been against Obama since his lack of political experience is somewhat frightening for guy auditioning for the toughest job on the planet. He seems to me like all talk and no substance. Seriously, anybody can masquerade themselves as an agent of "CHANGE" but until I see it, until I hear it described, until I see a plan in place to execute it, I don't buy it. I will give Obama a fair shot in the general election, though. If he impresses and makes a believer out of me I could definitely change my mind. For now, he's going to have to do a whole hell of a lot more than just promise to be something soooo different and he wants chaaaaangee and blah blah blah. Although, I guess if I end up becoming a supporter of his I just made his point. Everybody says he's a transformative political figure capable of reaching out to both parties to unite the nation. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
If I voted today, I'd vote for Chuck Baldwin from the Constitution Party. I fully understand that it's a wasted vote, but he is a principled man who would understand the appropriate role of a President.
His policy positions on his website are full of substance. They are very in-depth. Don't be too harsh on the change message, though I can understand your skepticism. If you would like to see it go back and watch the CNN debate between Obama and Hillary in TX. She went negative and attacked him, and the audience actually booed her. Normally during primary debates negative and even personal attacks are par for the course, and while voters may not like it, they never stand up and boo. Hillary's biggest applause that night came when she talked about unity in the party and both of them working together. That is a definite change from the normal tone of politics. Also watch the ABC debate if you can stand it. The first 45 minutes were all trivial non issue oriented talk. Hillary jumped on every thing they said about Obama, but when they asked Obama about Hillary's sniper fire incident, he took the high road and said he wasn't going to talk about that, and they should move on to important issues. That is real change that can be seen. Look at how the Clintons and others tried to bait Obama into making race his central them of the campaign, and when they did, Obama didn't go down in the mud with it, elevated the level of discussion with that speech he made after the Wright incident first blew up. There have been examples of real change and they occurred even before he was the nominee.
He is. He has already contacted the boogie man, and has him hiding under your bed. Barack "Hussain" is laughing with his band of demons ready to unleash them on the world, and since you are onto him, you face more danger than most. Please take good care of yourself and stay safe.
