id say artest. his mental makeup allows him to do things that lebron would never do... i.e. leap 20 rows into the stands and beat the crap out of a fan who he think threw a cup of beer at him.
Ron Artest was willing to take on the entire Detroit crowd. This would never happen with LeBron cause his mom would be the first person to attack the Detroit crowd.

A couple of years ago I saw Artest physically and mentally destroy LeBron one game. It was clear LeBron was no match for him and was almost helpless. Today LeBron is physically and mentally stronger than before so it's a tough call. I'd still give the edge to Artest even though LeBron is a beast.

^^^^^ Can't blame him since he is playing the Jazz, most physical team in the NBA by far. They probably have similar physical strength, but Ron will assrape LeBron any day of day. LeBron is way too smart to take part in a fight.

When Artest is motivated and fit, he can outperform every single player he faces including LeBron, Kobe and, obviously, T-Mac. I'm taking Artest but that's because I'm biased. Close call.
Depends, if its just a spar, then LeBron might have the edge in 'tactical strength', but if its a fight to the death... its pretty obvious to me that Artest is more lethal. I'm not sure if that's what you meant though.
Matt Harpring's a little gal. He tries to play the tough guy card for the Jazz but, when push comes to shove, he's a quiet little pup. Everyone likes to overplay that "Harpring used to be a football player too so he's real tough!" Please, the guy was a quarterback. But on pure physical strength alone, LeBron is jacked but I bet anything that Artest's core is stronger and if there was a fight, I'd pick Artest.
Agreed, even though I think Lebron is bigger and physically stronger, I would easily pick Artest in a fight against anyone.
Lebron looks bigger to me. Last I saw was listed at 6'8 and 250 (even though he claimed he's not 6'9 and 260). Artest is 6'7 247.
from the looks I think Dwight Howard might have a chance, but if Artest went completely crazy, then we probably need some UFC heavyweights to match up with him.
