I personally can attest to Sprint and Comast's horrible service. They both suck balls at customer service and I have left both of them because of it.
I'm absolutely shocked that AT&T (in all its forms and fashions) wasn't on there. I have a special brand of loathing and disdain reserved just for them. I've got a story or two about Bank of America (5 yrs of dealing with them), but I've never really had any complaints about Time Warner (8 yrs).
I have been with Wellsfargo, United Airline, and T-Mobile for 8+ years. I always can find lower prices for the services those companies provided, but the only reason I didn't switch is because of their great customer services.
Tmobile, Citibank, American Airlines, Continental Airlines and Chase have pretty good service. AT&T is a hit or miss. AOHell is what it is.
They should add the staff at Intracare Hospital South on 7601 Fannin to that list. They are some of the rudest and most insensitive mother****ers i've ever come across.

i agree...it's best though if you actually have a Sprint Corporate office nearby so you can dispute different things with them... i hate Sprint with a passion but for some reason i've been with them for 9 years... after about the 4th or 5th year their cust service has taken a nose dive...
