He's still the same guy he's always been. Still like the Horry that was a guest on Letterman after the Rockets championship.

Michael Finley's 3 years younger than Horry, but Finley looks like he graduated the same year as Popovich.

My all time favorite Rocket. When I played ball as a young kid, I wore my sweatband like him, wore his jersey, and watched the Fresh Prince a lot more.

If The Chief Robert Parrish is in the Hall of Fame
    then
Robert Horry should be in the Hall of Fame

    but your points are hate.

not once did you mention anything about the interview, which is the reason for the thread.

horry can save your kids drowning in a pool and you'd hate him.

Robert Parish is 4 places in front of Hakeem for most rebounds All Time (it helps when you're number 1 all time in NBA games played).

Sad thing about the NBA's he'd be the 3rd best center in the league if he played today.

i can't people can't just watch this interview and enjoy a unique ONCE IN A LIFETIME PLAYER.

eclipse Kareem's record of most games played? most 3 pointers in the nba finals? plus 7 Rings with 3 teams?

and a whole ESPN spot comparing him with the greats!

My thoughts exactly. He doesn't get the spectacular dunks, but he gets the buckets that are worth the most points. His buckets also impact the game in a huge way.

I am not exaggerating when I say he's my all time favorite Rocket. It's well documented to those who know me.

It was a VERY sad day for me when I found out Horry was involved in the deal for Barkley. The Sean Elliot voided trade was a close call, and I wondered why the Rockets were trying to get rid of Horry.

I think he deserves to be compared to the greats. Everywhere Horry has gone, a ring is not far behind. He's not a John Salley either...he made clutch shots and helped his team advance from tight a tight series.

If we discount what Horry brought to each and every one of his 7 rings, how do we defend the Rockets 22 game win streak? You have to look at what was accomplished and appreciate it. Don't hate, congratulate!

Here's to Horry signing with the Rockets this offseason!

I hope we can be able to sign him. Maybe the ring will follow him! :D
