The guy has trade value and IS NOT going to contribute signicantly to the Rockets success in coming years. No one can make an argument otherwise and that is that. Sure, he has talent, but he can not do anything that Moochie or some other PG can do to contribute to this team. I say we try and get what we can. Otherwise we have to sign him after next year or let him go. Basically, why should we keep him? ------------------ We're in bat country.
If Moochie continues to play well, that may be what the Rockets have in mind. But they can't do it until the summer anyway, so it gives them plenty of time to evaluate how Moochie will work out. They couldn't do anything if they wanted to at this point in time.
