Anybody know where to find these in Houston? Preferably cheap.

I have a 90s party this weekend, and I'm gonna go as Humpty Hump. (or at least imitate his dressing style.)

I hit the goodwill and salvation army stores when I look for a crazy getup. Be prepared to wear something a tad small or large.

Value Village & the Sand Dollar in the Heights. If you want to drop cash, Harold's.

Salvation Army on Washington near Houston Ave., Shepherd; Salvation Army near Hillcroft on Bisonnett

Goodwill across West Oaks mall, on Rogerdale near Richmond.

How about buying them thrift stores on Alabama/Heights, or That 70's Shop on Bisonnett near Shepherd?

Wow. I DO shop for discount...

Yeah, Cragis Sager or Calvin Murphy's closets are the first place to look.
