Yao's injury. Because then there wouldn't have been a Game 6 loss-- Utah would have gotten slaughtered by us if we didn't have so many injury problems.

Well, if that was painful, I wonder how the mav fans, suns fans, GS fans, nuggets fans felt. Cause we ended up better than these guys, yet with a lesser lineup. We were close to winning the Jazz, if rafer didn't go down with an injury :( . Look on the bright side, detroit just beat magic 4-1. At least we won 2 games.

Anyways Yao was the most painful. I was in school that day, then I went on the computer. On the msn front page I saw Yao's face (it was a picture of his tired and frustrated face) and I could tell something happened. I was friggen stunned I couldn't move for a few minutes. But then, when I went to check on how the rockets were doing against the wizard, I saw a thirty point blowout, which made it less painful

It was just special. He played against Bulls (was struggling but played) and next day, out of nowhere we coul read "Yao will miss the rest of the season"

I was like, WFT? It was tough, this season could have been something special and damn now we can only wait for another one and hope that we can stay healthly

I couldn't sleep that night when I heard Yao was out.

I slept just fine after the game 6 loss to Utah.

Yao was definitely a defining moment, but it hurt more to lose to Utah...We did well after Yao went down so at least for me, my expectations were higher...

Next year, things will be different...I hope we play Utah at full strength so we can kick their azz...

Yeah I had the same dream too, except the other person she was in bed with was Jessica Biel. WEEEE! Boy was I excited to see that.

I guess hearing Yao got injured was like waking up from that dream, you realize everything is gone. Emptiness just swoon over you.

Game 6 wasn't a dissapointment. We rallied back from a 19 point defacit..oops i meant TMAC rallied back heading into halftime. With rafer out we knew TMAC couldn't do it all. Well i don't remember who was running the point but i think TMAC stuck as our offense but the rest of our guys couldn't convert. It was just like any elimination game Tracy has had in his career. Everybody around him decides to play Casper

I downloaded game 6 and I watched it again. And I can say now it was not a good decision. 4/21 in the 3rd, etc...

Yao's injury was of course more painful but so was Game 6...

Yao going down was the biggest disappointment for me this years. It hurt really bad. We were becoming a Contender in the west. After the injury we had to fight for the playoff spot.

When Yao went down, you knew the season was over. Thankful for the streak, but we always knew we were on borrowed time.
