Davis West has an attitude problem.

The Spurs are special. 2 one man fast breaks, 3 point shooters, TD as post, can play at any pace, kill you in half court execution, top 3 defensive team. No team is as flexible as the Spurs.

Big Shot Rob just ties the record of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in playoffs games play. Congrats!

Man, I really dont like Pop's hack-a-chandler. This guy shoots more than 70% FT in this series. what's the point of doing that?

Cheap Shot Horry ties Kareem for all-time playoff appearances.

Dude is the luckiest player in the NBA. He knew exactly when to throw a towel in the coachs' face to get traded to a championship team.

Even though he is an ex-Rocket from our glory days, I despise this guy for his bump on Steve Nash.

Horry with the 2 point make as soon as he checks in in his 237th playoff game.

Stops West on the other end on the next possession.

I don't want to be premature because the Hornets could come out and destroy the Spurs in the 2nd half. But the Hornets have a heart problem. They don't want it as bad as the Spurs. Clearly they aren't putting out the desperate effort they need to put the Spurs away. I say this because, IMO, the Hornets are the better team. They should not be trailing by 13 points at halftime. There is no excuse for that.

Maybe Byron Scott isn't up to the task of motivating them or maybe their collective team inexperience and lack of maturity are showing up. But Chris Paul is the only guy on their team laying it all out on the line. Their entire team is a step slow on defense and they are clearly pressing on offense.

Popvich is taking this hacking thing too far. If he keeps this up, league will be forced to change rules.

I don't see anything wrong with hacking players who can't shoot FTs.... aren't being paid millions of dollars to be a decent basketball player...

    learn how to shoot FTs.....

    Everyone else does.

I think they are kinda waiting to get this thing back to NO. They'll give it a puncher's chance tonight but seems content that they'll go back to NO tied up and still have homecourt in the series. Scott was telling them exactly what you're saying during a timeout, but i guess an inexperienced team like the hornets sometimes don't heed the words until too late.

I dont have a problem with it either.

The league will though. They are out their to make money and if their games are going to get ugly because of FT shooting contest, you bet they are going to put a stop to it.

It's funny how Peja is haunted by Bowen.

Spurs copy our defensive scheme on the Hornets.

If Pops had done this in NO, Spurs would have been up 2-1 right now. He gave atleast one game away by not concentrating on Peja.

Peja's 3s are momentum shifting shots.

The Hornets badly need Rybo on the court to provide some energy and hustles. :D
