Most of us clearly hated the Jazz and for good reason with Malone's dirty play and Stockton's sneaky, but dirty play and a number of other players that made you wanna hurl just watching them, but this newer version of the Utah Jazz I don't think is nearly as nauseating as the old Jazz we all grew to hate over the years past. How do you hate on Okur and his perimeter game, Boozer's hustle, Devon William's ability to penetrate and shoot from the arc, their hustle and their bench is effective? The whole team just doesn't have any players I can hate on like in the past. I actually enjoy seeing them beat the Lakers so I'm partial but I'm finally starting to see the well coached unit that they are, after being so biased against them for years that if effected my ability so see them as an objective b-ball fan. They're still far from being one of my favorite teams and if healthy, I think the Rocks could own them in any playoff series for years to come (assuming we make the right moves in FA) but I guess my hate for the Lakers has allowed me to view Utah in a different light. How do you feel about them now? I don't even like them, but I'm at least able to see through the hate that prevented me from even watching them unless they were getting their brains beat out. I guess this is the only time I actually like them is when they're playing the Lakers and it seems kinda' weird not hating them. We still are a starting PG, more youthful backup 4 and 5 and third scorer from being able to equal their talent, but beating them twice on their own court this year is really pretty impressive when you throw in the refs and the calls that have always been ridiculously in the Jazz' favor in Utah. I still HATE that they stole Korver from us this year and the team seemed to jell right after that trade (as did Philly). I guess I'm just enjoying the Laker loss and being a more objective fan because of it...
What? You like this Utah team? Annhorexic ivan flopping every other second isn't enough for you to break your TV? Deron is the only tolerable one on the team
Anybody see Ak try to flop again on offense when he was driving in game 3? Pathetic. Seriously needs to stop that ****
I agree. I'm no huge fan of the Jazz but they aren't nearly as cocky and sneaky as they were years ago under Stockton and Malone
^^ you suck i like certain players on the jazz like deron williams, boozer, millsap, and harpring. i despise memo and andre crylenko and especially korver.
I despise the Jazz. I enjoy every moment of their fans suffering and I hope LA steals one in their homecourt to go up 3-1. I would love to see the reaction of dismay on their faces. I won't say this often...but Go Fakers! I hope they demolish them.
hurts following the Jazz Lakers A) we should of been in there and B) I cant decide who i'd rather see win, hate them both equally. if it comes down to a hate-off, i might almost be swayed to hope the Jazz win... Nahhhh..
i hate the jazz no matter what, the reason when they play us they always play dirty and get me mad enought to smash my t.v and the refs always favorite they calls while the rox get no calls. Who ever like the jazz can go live in utta and gtfo this threat, you cant be a rockets and a jazz fan at the same time , if you are a true roxs fan you will always hate the jazz.
Unless he was doing intentionally as a kind of reverse luck thing, you know? Who knows? If that woud''ve worked I would gladly do that any day if only the Rockets can win
I hate the Jazz, but I hate more other teams like, Dallas and Fakers. So for this series only I will root for the Jazz.
I hope Utah sweeps their home games by a close margin, just to show the world what total b*****t their purported "home court advantage" is. No other game has the actual RULES change based on what stadium you're playing in. In Utah they can foul and flop and get away with it. Away they can't. Stern should leave Hack-a-Shaq alone, Shaq needs to make his own free throws or bear the consequences. Stern needs to instead lay down the hammer on this "home court advantage" nonsense. Cut down on flopping and make the refs call as many fouls as they have to.
Same here, nothing about this team has changed my opinion in any way. I also hate Sloan's tactics. I a rooting for the Lakers to beat the Jazz and then the Hornets to beat the Lakers. The Hornets play an exciting brand of basketball.
