Has the NBA ever actually filmed the ping pong balls being drawn out of the box? I never remember seeing it, and I can't figure out why they wouldn't want to show that for proof that nothing is being rigged. Because of the secrecy in which they do it, it kinds of makes me wonder. Personally, I don't think its rigged, but this season we'll get to the ultimate test with the New York Knicks possibly being a lottery team! If they end up with a top three pick, I'm really going to start believing that the whole thing is fixed.
They do have a big-shot accounting firm there to vouch for the honesty of the process. However, with the recent Anderson-Enron stuff, I'm starting to wonder if that's sufficient. But, I think I've read that the actual process is done by computer and not by lottery balls. So, filming it wouldn't be exciting or helpful. Can anyone confirm that?
If it's done by computers then it cant be random. Because a computer can only do what it's programmed to do and cant be totally random
