I think those type of managers are pretty rare. It's more about the person than the corporation. And the title is misleading, they didn't stop the people from rescuing the dying lady or anything.
I think theres a little over-reaction on that ladies part.. I don't think the manager is all to blame, fox has lost credibility in it's disgustingly one-sidedness and judging that manager. shame shame shame..Fox
The problem for Walgreens is that they will make more money overall by drawing customers from the goodwill associated with doing the rights things. Since this story broke, I wonder if that store's business has dropped off.
