    I assumed they just didn't charge it until game 7 was set in stone. Thats what should have been done anyways. Now I have to deal with this pain in the butt? Thanks

    It can be as quick as a couple days, or as long as until after the NBA finals (i've experienced both)...

    yeah, he could be talkin about any "if necessary" game

    edit: still no refund for me. that's some bull****. wouldnt you think i should get my money back right away

    It happened on the weekend.
    Do you really think Les is going to have people come in on the weekends and work overtime to give refunds???

    Think of the season ticket holders who paid for tickets all the way to 'The Finals'.

    I just got a call from the Rockets about this. They asked me if I wanted to apply the costs to a future tickets plan - I cut her off and said I just wanted to get reimbursed. So...I guess if you bought these tickets, expect to get a phone call about it.

    I got no such phone call. I actually just checked my credit card statement and it showed up. Hope this doesn't turn into some ordeal....
