. . .and what should they be looking for?

I think Power Forward spot is Good Enough.
I mean if a major upgrade is available. . you do it but It is not the priority
    it was last year

Small Forward - Battier and Novak?
Shooting Guard - T-mac and Bjax and Francis [Head is not an option]
Point Guard - Rafer, BJax, Brooks, Francis
    Center - Need a Backup

What can we expect to be available [is this in the 'wrong forum'?]

We're the 25th pick, and at that high, we should always be looking for the best player that is available, not position.

best player available that's NOT undersized.

I think we will be trading it this off-season. It may have to be included in a package to improve our roster with NBA talent that can help right now.

i'd take Douglas Roberts, but if Hibbert is there, his size, rebounding, and free throw shooting ability is way too good to pass up.

i actually think we need a SG with size that can create his own shot. CDR would be a dream and i'm suprised hes not higher on mock drafts.

This is really a deep draft, on #25, we might still get a better prospect than AB last year. Brandon Rush(SF), Roby Hibbert(C), Douglas-Roberts(SG), Donte Greene(SF) or Ryan Anderson(SF) are all good picks and possible.
