Didn't I tell you that we DO NOT want to play the Jazz?

I hate the Jazz and their "homogenous" fans as anyone, but it seems like everyone is underrating them so much. Did you guys forget that they went to the WC last year? I think they are up there with the Hornets and Spurs this year.

I think we would've been better matched with the Lakers or Hornets. They aren't as tough or as physical as the Jazz and they don't have as much depth as the Jazz. All of this would've played in favor of Tmac, who obviously doesn't like to play against a lot of contact.

The Lakers and Hornets aren't as tough or physical as the Jazz. They aren't as physical as the Jazz, but the Lakers and Hornets are tougher to beat. I don't see the Jazz lasting against the Lakers or Hornets in a 7 game series. The Spurs, Lakers, and Hornets are on a different level than the Jazz. We would be beat all 3 of them.

I wasn't trying to be selfish or anything, nor was I trying to be arrogant. Its just that everyone else wanted to play the Jazz. And did you really think we had a chance against them with no Yao, a 50% Tmac, a 50% Rafer, a bucnch of unproven rooks, and a 41 year old center? I'm not b****in either, the loss aggravates me as anyone-so don't question my fanhood. However, I look at the bright side in that we withstood all of this and made it into a good series in the end, a microscopic metaphor for this entire season in which this team showed its heart in the midst of misery (Yao's injury).

But I feel that if we should somehow vs them again next year, and assuming we keep the nucleus (including Tmac and ScoLandry), and the Jazz stay relatively intact, we should have a good chance against them because we've gone against them so many times now. So I would gladly take a rematch-Bring It On Jazzwhores!
