Did anyone else see this movie? I thought it was creepy, and sometimes pretty scary. Would've picked someone other than Gere, but Laura Linney...grrr.
The official movie website was pretty scary too. Real creepy music playing while surfing is very eerie, especially late at night, alone.
Lynus and I thought it looked really creepy in the previews. But then all the critics were doggin it. I don't like listening to critics, and they usually don't stop me from seeing a movie, but it seemed like ALL of them thought it sucked. Do y'all recommend seeing it?
The wife and I saw it, and we didn't think it was all that creepy. I expected more after seeing the previews. I just wasn't that impressed by it. I'd rate it a C+ at best.
I read the basic premise on a few different web sites and I am not sure what to make of the "chapstick" trailer I have seen. Was the guy on the phone who is talking to Richard Gere part of the MIB?
The commercials for it seemed cheesy to me. Maybe it will be decent, but I doubt it. I'll just wait for it to hit the dollar movies.
