Agreed, i thought the season ended the moment Yao was injured. This team amazed me with their hearts. It was a fun season with so many ups and downs, though I feel bad for Tmac and Deke. Please, just give us a healthy season next year, just once. Thank you, Rockets.

long offseason again? Last year we had Steve and Scola, what's gonna happen this year? A backup for Tmac, get rid of Head, trade Jackson's expiring for someone who could help the team with consistent shooting and defense. Scola to play in Beijing and Brooks plays in summer league and shoots jumpers all day, maybe some personal lessons form Brooks from John Lucas. Draft a big guy to backup Yao, get better medical staff, and wait for next year.
This was a great season, the Rockets never gave up and fought as much as they could. Great memories, I'm really proud of this team. Too bad it had to end tonight. GO ROCKETS

Houston Rockets 2007-2008 Season Appreciation Thread For all the things that they done for us fans, for all good AND bad memories that we'll never forget. They never gave up when their All-Star player went down and I as a fan I'm proud of that. For remarkable streak of 22 wins after dissapointing 15-17 record, the only 20 plus streak in modern baskeball. For Luis Scola, Tracy McGrady stepping up when Yao, Francis went down with season ending injuries! For best three tandem rookies in the NBA, Luis Scola, Carl Landry and Aaron Brooks - future of this team. For super start of 6-1 that ended with frustrating 6-7. For one of the franchise best records 55-27 even with injured players. For never giving up in the first round where nobody believed they can pass, again they proved they can but they fell short in game 6. I dare to say it, if Rockets have good summer, 08-09 season will be in sign of Houston Rockets and bigger playoff atmosphere will be felt in Houston for the first time since 97'! BE PROUD ROCKETS FANS, AND NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS BE WITH YOUR ONLY TEAM.
It was fun while it lasted...props to this team for making believers out of espn and tnt 'analysts'. Till next year I guess... hopefully we can get a reliable 3rd scoring option. Its hard being a fan sometimes....
We might have went down, but we went down fighting. They might have been short handed, but they never gave up. These guys seem like family, and they showed they have heart. I take my hat off them and Rick Adelman. Gett'em next year!!! We've grown, this team is truly Rick's now and I have a much better feeling in my gut this year, even though the season's over. The rookies got experience, the team has learned Adelman's system and even if Mcgrady is 0-7, he's showed me this year he truly wants to win. Yes, I've been called a Mcgrady hater and he does have his flaws, but I'd rather have him on my side, rather than on the other side any day. Great season!!! Go Rockets!!!!!
