IF we have a healthy Yao Ming that is one of the BEST trades we could have made. 1) Cap Space 2) A Useful Backup PG, that KNOWS Adelman's system 3) A guy that can shoot from outside (Bonzi clogs lane when Yao and him are in game together). Trade was not bad at all even now... Do you really want Head or Brooks as our 2nd option at PG, and no Mike James is 100% USELESS, if you say that would be our #2 you are out of your mind. I was replying to the thread starter, that, the reason the Rockets made the trade was because they were thin in the backcourt, since Francis was out for the year, and Mike James was useless. I was just saying had the Rockets not made the trade, and kept Bonzi, the Rockets would have rolled with a trio of Mike James, Aaron Brooks, and Luther Head the rest of the season/playoffs. A scary thought indeed, as Mike James sucks, Aaron Brooks isn't ready, and Luther isn't a Point.
