Again, 1. Couldn't get a REBOUND when it matter. Where was Deke, Loren, Scola. All our big men should have been there when D. Williams missed those layups? 2. T-Mac ONE, I REPEAT ... ONE attempt in the fourth quarter!!!!! That's the game.
We suck at FTs, that will NEVER change without Yao because the individual players on the team are subpar FT shooters. Is that really surprising? Those Lakers championship teams sucked at FTs too, and the Spurs sucked at FTs for many of their chip runs. It sucks that we're bad at FTs, but it's not something that's going to change. It's part of the game at this point that we have to deal with. We have ups and downs but overall we're one of the worst FT shooting teams in the league outside of Yao. Scola sucks, McGrady sucks, Rafer sucks, Landry/Hayes suck...that's pretty much the entire team.

I don't know...his pay is sort of dictated by the going rate in the market. You know, when you have guys half as good as him getting paid nearly as much, it's hard to complain about his pay. Of course, what you're proposing is impossible anyways (players can't take a "paycut" after signing a contract), so it's a moot point.
