I don't find this funny at all because you're insulting the wrong team.

The Jazz have to rely on Williams being red hot every game. If he has an off night shooting, they will be in trouble.

Another game 3 performance, minus the gimmie 3 pointers by bootah at the end.

The key to this game is not letting boozer/okur or their role players go off. That means taking away the boozer roll on utah's PNR and force williams to shoot like he did in game 3 again. I'd much rather make it a one man show than having 3 or 4 guys hot for them.

Also, I think deke is a nice guy and all, but starting scola and landry or hayes needs to happen tonight do to matchups. he can't go out and check okur, and boozer abused him do to quickness the couple of times he had deke one on one.

The last game, we'll probably need a miracle to win AND WE WON!! BUT this time, we definitely need a miracle to win it and I HOPE WE'LL GET IT AGAIN.

Miracles are overrated. RA just didn't have enough time to adjust to another offense when Skip to my lou went out.

A true miracle would be the rockets winning it all this year.

I am more worried about the home game next week. We have serious home court disadvantage.

    Point differentials:
    Game 1: -11
    Game 2: -6
    Game 3: +2
    Game 4: ?

I haven't seen anything from Utah that makes them unbeatable, and I have a much different vibe from the team this year. With JVG, we always jumped on teams early in the series, and then faded as the other team was able to adjust and take things away. I think the story for the Rockets during this series so far is Rafer and the bench.

Here's hoping that the renewed presence of Carl Landry and Rafer Alston get the Rockets back to the level they were playing at during the streak. I thought Carl's injury was the catalyst for the end of the streak, and maybe it can be the catalyst for us rising back up to win this series.

Anybody know the deal on Shane's foot? It looked pretty bad the other night.

i'm really proud of our team. we're without yao and didn't have rafer in 2 losses. yet we're in the games each time. the utah team has not shown anything special. and like i said, i'm not sold on their supposedly unbeatable home court.

I don't think I've seen anything different from Utah throughout the first 3 games. They have been physical in all 3. If they try to increase that, I think the result will be more fouls, unless we get screwed by the refs again... which is completely possible.

    Keep those elbows out, Deke.

I think this should be emphasized. We haven't seen any particular performance from them in any of the 3 games that makes me think the series is lost.

They are a very solid team. We are a very solid team. Potentially, we have a trump card in McGrady if the team plays hard and puts us in a position to win.
