Any team down 0-2 in the Eastern Conference probably had its best chance when the series was tied at 0. In the West, Denver probably has the most trouble because they play a negligent brand of defense.

Do you believe that your team would be better served by hiring a JVG type disciplinarian coach who demands defense? Or are the leaders of that team too... pouty? I guess that's the word I'm looking for. Do they possess a certain Bonziwellsian quality?

You guys have got a damn good roster on paper. There must be some way to get more out of them. I think Karl has to go. Wasn't Seattle with Payton pretty good defensively? I don't think Milwaukee was very defense oriented. So is personal the problem?

Phoenix Suns are way too good to go down so easily in the first round. I am still predicting they go 7 games in that series.

Given the parity in the regular season, I'm surprised the higher seeds in the Western Conference aren't having more trouble than they are. I figured before the playoffs started, most series would go 7 and there'd be a couple upsets.

Well, the hawks are the only team that started 0-2 to tie up the series (against the best team of the league)
