Anyone know his status for tonight? I believe the game really hinges on if he plays or not I havent read anything about his status. If he doesnt play we are going to lose pretty big IMO. Thanks
i think the word is he is playing tonight. but son't set your expectation too high, though. he is coming back ahead of a normal healing time, so he will be at 75% at the best. and even if he is 100% (which will be a miracle for pulled hamstring), it's not like we will become the favorite to win.
True but at the very least it extends our bench and hopefully will allow B -Jax to provide that scoring punch we've been lacking from our 2nd squad.
again, i'm not expecting rafer to be able to do too much. he'll help, but not likely to make a significant difference. anyone who has pulled a hamstring certainly will know what i'm talking about.
Word is he practiced and did well but was not sure if he could return. After practice was over he hoisted up 20 3 pointers and made 3 of them. He immediately proclaimed himself ready to play and in playoff form.
hope he plays, one of the very few times I can wear sports attire at work, I'm wearing his jersey today for good luck
So you are definitely not TeamRockets. Tank the season? Have I missed something? I think the regular season is over. This is the playoffs. As for you watching the game, who cares? I'll be watching and cursing the Jazz, cursing the refs, cursing the Spazz fans, and cheering the Rockets, win or lose. Most bizarre... you determine your interest based on if ALSTON plays?? (I hope your post was a joke. please tell us it is!)
If Rafer doesn't start I think Adelman should consider starting Brooks at beginning and come in with B-Jaxx off the bench where he is most effective and in his natural rotation. It's important that the second unit match or exceed the production from Utah's second unit. Bobby Jackson is also very effective when Landry is in the game as well, plus it will throw Utah off alittle in the beginning with the added speed in Brooks.
