That was obvious to anyone who watched the game. McGrady was completely spent. Yet, we STILL almost pulled it out.

This team has TONS of heart, but lacks talent at the moment.

Blame Head! If he could make some shots, Tmac could have got some rest!

He missed so many lay up(should be dunk) and b/c he is a rookie? Come on, isn't that taught in the elementary school?

Granted Utah is a much better teamed than the rockets without yao or skip, and they played a very good game. But the Rockets had a very a good chance to win this game. We never realy had the game under control but if the rockets could only make FREE throws and layups they could have stolen this game. Even without the free throws and layups the game should have been tied with Bjax's three. Tony Brothers is a terrible ref and he did a terrible job with this game. The players shouldnt use this as an excuse but it is a fact that AK47 flopped. It so fustrating watching Matt harpering foul the sh** out of Mcgrady and the refs dont make any calls on that but scola touches Ak47 and tony freakin brothers makes that call.

Could not agree more, we need a consistent and reliable third option to take the pressure off Yao and Tracy. Look how all five Utah players are always moving and involved in the offense, resulting in a lot of easy shots. Rockets just do not have this capability and need miraculous efforts by Yao or TMac to win.

that's fine if he is nervous and things like that. but *******, you're missing LAYUPS. most of them are UNCONTESTED.

get out of here with that rookie crap. he played international ball v. US players in big time competition.

    make a damn layup.

It was a loss expected. Jazz is a better team than Rocket in almost every aspect (not every player). At least every one fighted like a man today! Except the low FT, there is nothing to blame!

C'mon guys, wake up! We are talking about ONE single point in two 4th quarter games of the palyoffs. Not 15, 10, nor even 5, but ONE.

Of course he is NOT the only reason of our loss, but we had a close game and saw the superstar doing nothing in the 4th.

You do realize he was fouled on most of those right? Or were you not watching the game?

And you cant dunk over people just because you want to. Either you have the hops or you dont. Its like blaming a short guy for not being taller.

this is the first time tmac has been behind 0-2 in his career.

he has never had that happened to him. he has always had favorable situations after the first 2 games. 1-1 in his first 3 series in the east where he split on the road. then 2-0 v. mavs and utah the last 2 times. he lost them all.

wouldn't it be crazy if he wins the first time he is down???

    but i can dream right?

Sorry dude but almost none of those were uncontested. Get your facts straight.

At $19 million a season, you'd expect him to produce more than 1 point in the 4th quarter for the first two games.

Face it, the Jazz defended our FTs extremely well and deserved to win.

We lost ........plain and simple. You can go on with excuse after excuse but in the end we still lost. Didnt have what it took to get it done. I must say Im embarassed as it statistically looks as if we will not only be one and done but most likely swept in the series. However, I am a Rockets fan and Im going down with the ship. Id like to thank the Rockets for a wonderful season. 22 wins in a row...2nd longest winning streak in NBA history. Id also like to thank them for making the playoffs when everyone else counted them out. We will see what can happen in the off season to produce a better outcome for next season. GO ROCKETS!!!!

Utah protected the paint very well! They don't allow any easy layups!

That is not Scola's fault. If only Hayes or Deke can help a little!!!!

Do you remember how they defended Yao last year?

If only Yao was healthy, Yao + Scola would be great!
