This series has sweep written all over it.

It will be so uneventful that this thread might not even see the second page!

Same here. I dont like KG that much but because they have Sam, I can root for them.

Also, since I am from Boston area, I guess I have always felt a little attached to the Celtics. Antoine Walker made it unbearable though. I think I still feel the pain....

If Boston doesn't sweep Atlanta, it will be amazing.

I hope KG gets that ring. He is far too great a player to get the "never won a championship" label and have his legacy diminished once he hangs up his sneakers. He does things on the court that no player has done before and certainly deserves to be mentioned with Barkley, Malone, McHale and Duncan when the best PF of all time discussion comes up.

It is also nice to see Ray Allen and Paul Pierce having such great team success. They all seem like nice guys who have a real love for the game.

I think the biggest X-factor for Celtics is Rajon Rondo. He has to be steady for them to win it all.

His fine play has been one of the main reasons why Celtics have been so good all season long. He improved his FG% to nearly 50% this season along with good steals and rebounding numbers.

Cassell has to have a couple classic playoff performances to cement the Rockets Championships as teams with the best center plus the greatest clutch players in the history of the game on it!

I think some of you are seriously underestimating a scrappy Hawks team.

They will be swept, but if they're lucky they might pull out 1 win at home, TOPS.

I think the Celtics will win it all over the Lakers or Spurs.

As good as Landry is off our bench, I think Powe is even better for the C's.

How can you underestimate a team with no chance of winning a series other than a freak injury on the Celtics? It's a sorry joke the Hawks are in the playoffs.

Yeah, its probably a sweep unless Atlanta can find a way to stop KG from scoring.

Id take my chances and allow Celts to take jumpshots than to let KG post up

I would root for Boston if we can't take of business vs. Utah BUT guys, don't forget that they took 2 championships from us, one in '81 from Moses and in 86 they took Dream's ring.

I love Sam but my hate for Boston is too big.

I heard somewhere that the Hawks' odds of winning this series were 10,000 to 1. To paraphrase Kevin from The Office...

"If somebody gives you the odds 10,000 to 1, you take those odds. Let's just that say that if John Mellancamp ever wins an Oscar, I'll be a very happy man."
