We are not a team that is easily quantified. How do you crunch numbers to get heart, determination, desire, hustle, or saavy? Answer: you don't. Keep underestimating us. Keep that chip on our shoulder. NO ONE'S PICKING US. So Houston, let's cowboy up, get out and establish a tone for home court, and win game 1. Everybody in the crowd and everyone on the court needs to be thinking kill, destroy, and maim. Take no prisoners. This series isn't about "competing" as some rediculous Houston radio sports hosts have said. It's about taking their heart, and ripping it from their chests, and eating it. It's about Scola and Landry announcing their arrival to the world. It's about fight and grit and determination to win.

Rockets in 6. We will clench in Utah. On their crappy little court with piped in sound.

So underestimate Houston. Tell us we can't do it. Tell us we don't have the horses. Tell us how 22 in row never happened. Fire this s*** up, cause it's on.

We are most dangerous when everyone underestimates us. Jazz fans, ESPN analysts, our own supposed Rockets fans. Whatever, I'd rather be in this position of getting no respect and being underestimated as opposed to when we won 22 games and everybody was on our nuts.

There's a perfect storm brewing and it's going to hit the Jazz HARD.

Wow  That site has the Jazz beating the Rockets as the most probable Round 1 results of any series with a 88.4% chance. And by a mile! The next closest is Boston over Atlanta at 71.4%. I wonder what it would have put the chances of a 22-game streak at... ;)

except for the Rudy T and the LEGENDARY 1994 ROCKETS, the Jazz have played us so tough. I'm just basing this on history...

you know the history of this rivalry, I doubt the fake fans do, but you know

1994 Team whipped the Jazz. 1995 Team, we had to pull it out at the end with Drexler and Dream in final game of the series.

Just remember, the main difference in between '94 and '95's teams was Otis Thorpe... a strong, aggresive PF... he made the "whipping" possible. Now, obviously there is no Dream this go round, or even Yao for that matter... but it's not like Ostertag was ever a problem back then, and they have no true 5 now.

Now Scola is no OT, and Landry is no OT... but last year we had neither.

I'm liking the Rockets' chances even more every minute. ;)

yes OT was the main difference. Look at Karl Malone's stats vs the Rockets post OT against us.

    actually dont!

The fourth game was 40/41. In the final two games they combined for 145 points. That's legendary...

i agree both teams were legendary, but 1994 we had a much easier time than 1995 against Utah.
