If Vince Carter is down for the season and Toronto doesn't make the playoffs we lose our 1st round pick from Toronto since it is lottery protected... We all have to root for Toronto to atleast get the 8th seed in the playoffs. We need to use that pick for a decent second tier player.
Actually, he's going to be out for at least 10 days, missing 4 games minimum, and might very well be placed on the injured list.
If vince would lose more than 4 games we are in a great condition because that toronto is one of the top 3 teams in the east and if we gonna get their pick its going to be above 20 and there is no chance that they would miss the playoffs , this injury is a great thing for us and maybe we could get from them something close to a lottery pick (15) .
Toronto would make the playoffs with the rest of their guys if Carter didn't play another game this season. This is the Eastern Conference.
Vince won't be out long, maybe a couple of games. I wish Hakeem wasn't injured so he could take over the offense with Vince down. I'm personally hoping we can package our pick, the toronto pick and KT and Walt for a top 2 pick.
