Looks like the top vote getter of the all star team will not be playing in the 2002 All star game
Vince went down in the Raptors Game against the Spurs in the 2nd quarter does not look good.
Reports say they took him to the hospital for more test

    Posted: Thursday February 07, 2002 10:22 PM

TORONTO (AP) -- Toronto's Vince Carter left Thursday night's game against the San Antonio Spurs late in the second quarter with a right quadriceps strain.

Carter, the leading vote-getter for the NBA All-Star game, was injured while driving to the basket with 1:31 left in the second quarter.

Carter had 13 points and six rebounds in 20 minutes. He was not expected to return.
