We have season tickets and I am glad to see a couple of late starts and the Monday night game should be fun. But what a crappy way to start the season. 3 of the first 4 games on the road and then playing Indy at home. Also, the 3 in a row at home are going to be hard on my liver.
omfg our FIRST monday night football game!!! Monday, Dec. 1 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (ESPN/Sports Radio 610) 7:30 p.m. Bonus: we play the entire NFC north
Monday, Dec. 1 Jacksonville Jaguars at Houston Texans 8:30 p.m. ESPN Texans MNF debut. Finally!!! I bet Mario goes for 3-4 sacks like he did last time we were on national TV in that Thursday night game against the Broncos.
Rumor was that the MNF game was going to be vs. the Titans, that would have made an unbelievable game, suprised the NFL didn't make this happen.
I'm excited for the MNF, but to be honest about it - it's just our getting put on ESPN again. They aren't getting higher caliber games than they did on Sunday nights. Hoping to make a trip for our Green Bay game. Getting a December date will make it even better if it gets pulled off. Evan
Brutal schedule......I still say we make the playoffs and more. Anyone have a total on the Texans wins yet? I think it's going to be a gift on the over.
From that schedule I would guess the texans go 8-8. If they win two more they go to the plaoffs. If they lose two more than I don't know what happens.
Texans win total: 7, maaaybe 8 but we won't make the playoffs check my post in the middle of December...
I have to laugh at preseason predictions the NFL has so much equality now.... who knows who wins nowadays
You don't want none!!! But seriously, if any of you guys will be making the trip out to the Burgh for this game let me know. I'll most certainly either go to the game or hang out before or after.
At lambau in december sounds brutal. Monday night finally! I'll go ahead and call 10-6. What the hell.
I don't know. It seems like every team in the NFC has a bad year then a terrific year. There is no consistency in the conference. Washington will probably win the East, Minnesota the North, Cardinals the West, and Falcons the South.
