M-W transitive verb1: to grasp or hold with or as if with the hand or claws usually strongly, tightly, or suddenly. Just when you believe the season is starting to slip away a little bit, we as fans need to just believe in them. If they lose home court....so what? If we end up playing San Antonio...so what? Everything happens for a reason.
Well I don't want to see Jazz in playoffs too many mismatches. I'd love another Texas playoff series though they're always fun to watch.
Just trying a little positive post. Board morale is down. Im matt foley and im a motivational speaker
So if we get swept out the playoffs by San Antonio or Utah.. So what right?? keep believing right?? ok
what the hell is wrong with you? save your b*tching for the off-season. now is the time to support the team.
Hey Tracy, stop logging on to the GARM and work on your free throws. You know, the shots that are only 15 feet away from the basket and no one is allowed to put a hand up on you? I mean, you don't even have to jump or anything - it's even lazier than those heat check 3s you keep taking - it should be right up your alley. Shouldn't you hit like at least 80% of those things? Seriously.
I do still believe. I know, and the Rockets know, that there is very little difference this year between playing the Jazz or the Spurs in the first round... Maybe they also though like me that it's pretty likely the Spurs will beat the Jazz tomorrow, heh. But really, none of these regular season games have been of critical importance for the last couple days... all these teams are the same as one another.
best case scenario - utah loses wed and we win they are a terrible rd team. i think we can get it done
Terrible, eh? Not quite. Utah may have a bad road record, much of which came during the month of December when they sucked, but the Jazz are toward the top of the league when it comes to road wins over playoff teams. The Jazz own victories on the road over the following: Boston Detroit Orlando New Orleans Phoenix Houston Denver Golden State They still have the Spurs, which could be a tough game. There are only two playoff teams from the west the Jazz have not beaten on the road: LA and Dallas and that Dallas game they lost at the buzzer. For being such a horrible road team, the Jazz sure do well against good teams there. Don't underestimate Utah's ability to win on the road, because against good teams, they're pretty damn scary.
