wow wow... hold on there dude.... I never said Mcgrady want a reason.... dont put words in my damn mouth... I said his teammates were a BIGGER reason and Mcgrady was a huge part of the 22 game winning streak, but his teammates especially the rooks stepping up was a larger part in the streak....

I can point to the evidence... Mcgrady's stats are almost identical before and during the streak.....

Mcgrady sucks and a loser, that we all know by now. Mcgrady isnt passing first round this year or ever, unless he has the entire west allstars in his team and he is on the bench as the 12th player.

What we can do is trade that loser away and get a player that is willing to do everything to win a game.

I had take ginobili over that stupid noob aka mcgrady.

LMAO. Yao? Last time I checked he has been out of the
first round of the playoffs as many times as TMac.
Yao needs to stay healthy for an entire season before I consider
    him a franchise player.

For those of you who are saying that he does not perform in the post season is just stupid...he is one of the greats.

    BUT

I feel that Tmac lacks the "mentality", "heart", "motivation", "will" or what ever you want to call it. A leader should not only be leading by stats alone. That would do much for your team-mates. Yes he was on some bad teams, but a leader should be THE motivation for the team. Not meaning he have to put up great stats, but improving others. Not many will argue that Kobe had some great play off stats, but he was burnt for kinda giving up in that series against the Suns. I am not saying Tmac gave up against the Jazz, but I don't feel that the team fed off him. He failed to give that extra fire to his teammates.

what he meant is that neither of them have ever advanced. but yeah, yao still has a few more years before he starts running out of excuses like a certain someone has...

By out of the first round I meant past the first round
as in winning a first round series.

can you give him a chance to perform in the playoffs first?

29, 7, 6 as a career playoff stats. give the dude a chance to play ONE playoff game before throwing him under the bus.

tmac has easily been a much better playoff performer than yao. the only time you can blame him was for last yr b/c he had a good team. but yao didn't exactly do his part either.

it doesn't help depending on the teammate that has started "running out of excuses" in two out of the three series...

Dude, he's had seven series to make it happen. He's been the common denominator on all seven of those "not good enough" teams. He has blown series leads multiple times. He's had plenty of chances.
