No. I do not HATE TMAC. I hate the guy that takes over his body everytime the going gets tuff and makes your hero pout, take long jumpers, not play defense, and oh yeah miss free throws. I like Tmac just at the price range of 8-12 million.
nothing much to say about the game. We couldnt shoot. We make even half the lay-ups we tried, and its a different game. We also couldn't rebound, but hopefully our shorter frontcourt can learn from this and figure out their position for a Utah series. I just wanted to point out that as interesting as it is, The Rockets will play the loser of the Utah - SA game. And if Sacramento can steal the game tonite, we get home court against either of them. . This is all of course if we beat the Clippers...

Why in the world is the 20 mil argument stupid. Does the Fry guy at McD's get Manager money for just cooking fries. Does the Ball boy at the Astros game get player salary for picking up bats and washing jock straps? I think it is an extremely good argument. So if people are going to earn their money in the playoffs, why not we just pay TMac for that part of the season. Then we can sign someone who brings it to the table more than him and get better seeding for the playoffs. I do not hate TMac, he just disappoints the hell out of me.

Everyone will know by the end of Wednesday where the Rockets will fall in the seedings. I believe they will end facing the Jazz with the Rockets having HC again. I hope things turn out different from last year. I am sure coach RA will have something tweak in the offense to give the Rockets a chance to win.

When we were down by 20 or so I'm sure Scola was the only one who really belived. Tracy was just walking, everybody was pissed off....But Scola was fighting. And than when we cut the lead to 10-7 points everybody started to belive again, McGrady started to belive but it was too late...
How about we have the whole "T-mac is killing us/trade him vs. We would be no were without T-mac" discussion in a different thread, and leave this one to discussing this game...
I think it is a stupid argument, because we are not talking about cooking fries. We are talking about playing basketball. Any basketball player that is as talented as TMac gets paid. Plain and simple. He has a proven track record to show up in the playoffs. He does coast a little during the season, but the team is in 5th place in the West. Don't you think he did something to help our situation?
Because we cant get another Big Man for him. No one is trading Dwight Howard, and we cant play small obviously.
I'm not going to counter the validity of how much Scola makes, b/c I'm not sure how to check it right now. Scola is one of the top 3 rookies in the league right now b/c he is very consistent with his game. He just goes up overly strong sometimes. I'm not going to defend him and if he makes 9.5 mill then he needs to step it up some more. Oh and until Landry starts playing a little more consistently, can we stop calling for a overly large pay raise for him?
Question: Looks like Phoenix is losing and SA is winning right now if it stands will their seeds be set for the playoffs (3) SA (6) PHX or can it still change?
