Insprired by gr8-1's thread about Life after Death, I'm curious about anyone with Near Death experience. Have you had one? Do you know someone who has?
I have never broken a bone in my body. My only near death experience was going to a Hootie and the Blowfish concert.
All I know is if a place has a ghost he'll know about it. I remember him telling me that he went to a friends house - this was just after he had the near death experience - anyway, he was there in the house and needed to take a wiz. In the restroom, he went and happened to look in the mirror. After that it gets cloudy, but he said he saw a women and began to describe her to his buddy right. Well, his buddy got all stiff-like and said dude that's my mom. About that time, my brother said I got to leave man. He got out the door quick. That was the first time, and he said he's seen other ghost but don't like to talk about it much. I laugh at him, but then he gives me a look as if to say it ain't funny man. I know it ain't, but man I want to laugh so much.
At a party outside my neighborhood. We're chillin, sipping on some brew. Then, boom. First thought it was a backfire as I'd just seen Uncle Buck. Then the rapid fire came. I dropped and rolled behind the engine block of a truck. As I rolled it was surreal, I could see the light coming from the gun and it was like in Die Hard. And then it was over. Me and my bro got the F&*& out of there. We went to a convience store and I got some Mr. Pibb for some reason. I don't drink Mr Pibb very often anymore.
Evidently this is an extremely rare experience or no one give a **** about it. Too bad. I met a guy once who had been in a terrible automobile accident and he told me hours on end about what he experienced and how it impacted him. He can't wear watches anymore. They go bad on him almost immediately. He thinks it is something electrical from his Near Death Experience. Oh well. If you ever get to meet someone who can talk about this subject, dive in... it is fascinating.
Very interesting topic, but I got nothing. However, I will add my weirdest story in. While my dad was at the neurologist(headaches and his epilepsy was acting up) I was walking around my backyard, as usual, and I swear I had a moment of what seemed like precog. It just flashed through my head: "dad has a tumor". I just dissmissed it, but was kinda nervous the rest of the day. Later on the family gathered at my grandparents and announced that is what was wrong with him. Just added to the freakiness of that day. Also after he died, like the day after, I saw this huge Moth in the corner of the house. Must've been like 8 inches in length. I told my friend this later and he freaked. Apparently that's some old mexican wive's tale that big freakin moths hang out where death is. That's what I got.
i was playin mario and i wasnt lookin and a goomba almost touched me but i jumped on him just in time whew
