I'm not a fan of the Spurs, but I can bring myself to root for the Lakers, besides....I don't think homefield will matter that much against some of the teams.
to pull for the Lakers is blasphemy in my eye. there's no way in hell I root for Kobe and the self-entitled Lakers, along with their entire fanbase. GO SPURS. pass LA tonight and never give them a chance...
Somebody needs to commit a hard foul or a cheap shot to spice things up. Considering what's at stake, this game doesn't have enough pizazz or animosity. Somebody needs to get mad.
lol yeah he was talking about bruce bowen's defense on kobe, but he felt compelled to mention battier in there as well - reminding us continually that they are the two best perimeter defenders in the league.
Unless Hornets slip, we will still be #2, which is on the wrong side of the bracket. Either #1 or #5(4 since we got homecourt) anything else is a disaster. My whole thing is to get Spurs, Lakers, and Suns all on the same side of the bracket, while we get the Jazz(which I believe we can beat) while I believe Nuggets have a better chance than Warriors of beating Hornets. And no way the Enver Nuggets take us out in a series. We go to the West Finals against the survivor between Spurs, Mavs, Suns, and Lakers who hopefully will be fatigued up by then.
"when you foul every play like Derek Fisher does, you don't deserve a call!" - JVG Tell it like it is, Jeff!
I love this trio of comentators. JVG, Mark Jackson, and the third guy. They are so funny to listen to.
The courtside seat lakers fan had a mouthful of Fisher's nuts when Fisher dived for the ball with two legs around the fan's head.
looks like the Lakers are gonna win this one.So does this mean that the spurs drop down to the 5th seed.
so why are u all rooting for the lakers? you do know that if they win this game and win against the Kings they'll clinch the #1 spot. if the Spurs lose that means we'll be #3 and have to face the Suns.
