Dang this is tough..it doesn't matter who loses right? I guess spurs more since we dont have a tie breaker against them.

But if the spurs lose then we go to 3rd...and I dont think we want to play phoenix.

Only thing we can be a lil sure bout standing wise are:

    4-utah
    6-phoenix
    7-dallas

rockets need to win out and not worry about other teams, they can do it if they focus.

I am going to root for the Lakers.

If LAL, NOH, HOU are tied up, HOU is #1 seed by H2H records. Yee hawww!

I hope lakers win out........I want Kobe to get top seed and get MVP.........Paul Dosent it deserve more than kobe

I dont care who we play though.........

Suns will be tough for a 7 game series....
Jazz have deron williams who is alot bigger than any of our point gaurds strength wise......

Lets go for Number 1 Seed and play either the Nugs or Warriors.......

And get Rick coach of the year

so you want Kobe to get top seed and you want Rockets to go for the Number 1 seed?

    does.
    not.
    compute.

stop the Kobe/Laker butt kissing contest, people! just root for one more loss for each team ahead of us and three straight wins to finish the season!

wouldn't you rather the Lakers lose tonight and get it out of the way? then there are two good chances of the Spurs losing (to the Kings or the Jazz)

and then theres Hornets with a big game against dallas

I want us to stay at 5 and leave Spurs, Suns, Lakers, and Mavs in the bottom part of the bracket with the 2/7 and 3/6 matchups. So I'm pulling for Spurs(ugh) to win so we could stay at 5 since we can't pass the Lakers due to them winning the division.

However, if the Spurs lose I'll be pulling for Denver to beat us so that we can't pass them and stay at 5. Its only for the good of the team.

#1 is very possible if Spurs lose and Hornets blow another game. Hornets have Clips and Mavs to finish.

    blasphemy!

We can pass the Lakers despite them winning their division, just like when we passed Utah.

I'm all for the Lakers winning. Anything that hurts SA helps us, in my opinion.

The damn Hornets can't even hold on to first place! SA getting HCA is my worst nightmare.

i think if the Spurs win today but lose to Utah then we'll be the #1 seed with SA and LA not being able to catch us.

The Lakers should win this game. If Ginobilli sits until the playoffs, it may be hard for the Spurs to win any of their last 3 games @LAL, @SAC and UTH (if the Jazz play to win).

Regarding the Lakers, Bynum's return keeps getting pushed back. The 2nd round of the playoffs may be optimistic. Nevertheless, they should be able to close out the Spurs and Kings to finish #1 in the West.

I hope the game is intense, brutal and emotional for both teams.

I don't see the Hornets losing to the clippers or the Mavs.

We only want #1st or 5th seed. Anything else won't be great.

If the lakers win, we'll be 3rd seed.

We hold the tiebreaker over LA... so maybe we'll get first seed.
