I voted for "What's Going On" because I love that song, but I would consider "Inner City Blues" a tie. Both of those songs are two of the greatest songs ever made.

is one of the very BEST I have *ever* Heard

Makes me proud to be an America

One thing about Marvin that I think many people don't realize is that he had some great albums once he established artistic control of his career (just like Stevie did). Everybody knows about "What's Going On" and "Let's Get It On" but "I Want You" and "Here, My Dear" are highly underrated, especially the last one. Even the rare "In Our Lifetime" isn't too bad with "Ego Tripping Out" and "Praise" being really excellent tracks and you also had a fine album in "Midnight Love", too.

    Inner City Blues
    Ego Tripping Out
Trouble Man- heck, the whole soundtrack. If you want 70's mood music, you need to buy this CD!
    Let's Get It On
    Got to Give It Up
Ain't Nothing Like the Real Thing
If You Want Me to Stay
    What's Happening, Brother
1/2 the stuff on Here My Dear

Shoot, just one? C'mon, that's crazy! I guess if I had to send one song to someone who had never heard him, it would be What's Going On. Personal favorite? Dang....hmm...oh, well...Inner City Blues and Got To Give It Up.
    - cannot choose just one.
