Dude, there are psychopaths in every society. With a free press they make front page news, in a secretive society they are quietly swept away to mental institutions to save face for the government. Hip Hop and Rock music tend to show up for young and rebellious people. there is hip hop in the middle east and even heavy metal. i saw a documentary on hip hop in cuba where the Cuban Government tried to shut down hip hop. you can't shut down hip hop. its in your heart.
