Your post confused me. Is the kidnapping and assault charges bs or the fact that they did those acts? Are you saying the girl that got beat should not have posted anything on MySpace and got what was coming to her? Are you saying if she was lured to the house by all of those parties and only her and one other person fought it would have been OK?

Sorry, I think what those kids did was deplorable.....and they all should be punished...for kidnapping and assault. I think that the victim probably posted some smack talk on the web, and probably pissed off those girls - which led to the attack. Both are wrong, but the talking smack did not deserve the beat down.....what ever happened to sticks and stones ??? DD
All of them were out of control for concocting such actions. If what was said about the parents is true then they are just as out of control too.
The girl suffered permanent hearing loss in her left ear and other injuries I mean come on......throw the darned book at em. DD
I wish they would release the whole video. Cause from what they released it is shocking she suffered that type of injuries. I might be be more outraged with the entire video.
They said it was the 2nd part of the video and that one of the girls actually rammed her head into the wall knocking her unconcious in the first part of the beat down. DD
Just watched that video, and this is the most disgusting thing I have seen in a good while. Throw the book at them, says DD. I agree. In all likelihood, they will get some sort of reduced sentencing unless they are tried as adults.

i think these girls are going to get killed. the law might not do anything but someone who sees the video are going to do something about it. give me a break.
Well since you started your post with 'The video is a lot less brutal than I expected given the level of outrage and comments about throwing up', then you were referencing more than just the video since people were upset about more than just what was viewed on the video.
I was reacting to Apollo Creed's post. "The video on the news website has sound (unlike some posted on youtube)...I almost threw up. The girl is getting the living **** beat out of her and she's just sobbing and crying. Ugh." If it wasn't clear from my first post that I was only talking about the video, it should have been in my second post where I said I was only talking about the video 6 times.
