Anybody have a better way of hanging your shirts where you don't get the stretch marks on the shoulder area from the hanger?

    Just wondering.

I was actually thinking he needs the shorter hangers that don't protrude so far out into the shoulder/sleeves......still not really getting this whole stretch mark situation though

Wide as in, larger diameter not longer into the sleeves of the shirt.

yeah I use those cheap plastic WalMart hangers, when I hang my shirts for awhile on them, I get those stretched out bulges on the shirts where the hangers rest on.

I'll try the wider hangers and splurge a bit.

dunno if you live in houston, but there used to be a store across the street from neiman-marcus at the galleria......"container store" i think....if it's still there they have a huge selection of decent closet hangers

i'm not sure what kind of shirts you're trying to hang, but if it's a tshirt, pulling it through the bottom rather than forcing it through the neck helps.

If it's Tshirts or polo's why don't you just fold them?
